Vrl bus - Extremely late bus missed important meeting

The ticket I booked clearly said that I will reach Pune by **:** AM. It is currently *:** and we are still more than an hour away from Pune. This is extremely poor service and I have missed a very important meeting because of this. I would like to file for a refund.
