Vrl bus - NonRefund of Cancelled Tickets

I had booked a ticket with VRL Travels for the journey scheduled as below given tickets. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the ticket on **/**/****. Despite receiving confirmation of the cancellation, the refund has not been processed yet.Tried to call the customer care but no response from them.

I have contacted VRL customer support multiple times, but there has been no resolution or update regarding the refund. This delay is unacceptable and has caused financial inconvenience.

I request Voxya to kindly take up this matter with VRL Travels and help facilitate the refund process at the earliest.
