I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated and unresolved issues with my Royal Enfield Himalayan *** (Vehicle Number: TN**AK****) that I purchased in June ****. Despite multiple complaints over the last two years, the problems with my vehicle persist and have not been properly addressed.
The key issues I have faced include:
Engine Oil Leakages
Rusting Issues
Odometer Replacement Issues
Although I have raised these concerns with your support team multiple times, the vehicle has been repeatedly sent back to the service center for brief periods (*-* days) without any long-term resolution. In fact, my vehicle has spent over *-* months in the service center during this period, which is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, I have requested the invoices for the warranty-related replacements, but your team has not provided them, citing that the parts are being replaced under warranty. This lack of transparency is concerning.
I have made several attempts to resolve these issues, but there has been no satisfactory solution. I kindly request your immediate intervention to ensure the following:
A proper, long-term resolution to the oil leakage, rusting, and any other engine-related issues.
A complete set of invoices for the warranty replacements.
Clear communication on the actions taken to resolve the issues and a timeline for when the vehicle will be fully functional.
I expect prompt action and resolution of these issues as I am losing confidence in the quality of service and the product.
