I have made flight booking through MakemyTrip and due to some reason i have cancelled that flight ticket.
As per Makemytrip portal refund amount is **Rs ( as airline cancellation charges are **** as per them) . I called airline and got written confirmation that, they have given **** Rs refund to Makemytrip.
Called Makemytrip support multiple times but they do not have valid answer of this query / difference.
Though difference amount is not that big but i think this is cheating they are doing to all customers. They are stealing money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
