Make My Trip - Vacation Cancellation due to Covid restrictions and Refund Fraud from MMT

I Have Booked Himachal Package Via Make My Trip Vacations On April *th. Due To Covid Restrictions And Protocols, Himachal Pradesh And Punjab Itinerary Public Places To Visit Like Hidamba Temple, Buddha Monastery, Golden Temples And Viceregal Musuem, Shimla Church, Vashist Kund, Other Museums And Common Places Are Closed For Safety And Lock Down.
There Is No Point In Going And Staying In The Hotels All The Way From Chennai To Himachal Without Visiting Places On My Trip. Hence, I Reached Out To You For Voucher Initiation For The Amount Paid (Rs.**,***).
I Am Ready To Take This Trip But What Is The Point Of Not Visiting Any Sightseeing Places And Stay In Hotel For * Days? And So, Asked Them To Initiate Voucher/Refund As Promised
The Itinerary Was Promised By MMT Team But It Failed To Provide Them On Stipulated Travel Dates.
I Initiated For The Refund/Voucher Whereas The Fault Is From MMT Agreed To Refund If The Trip Is Cancelled Due To Government Restrictions/Lockdown.
On Repeated Followups, There Is No Response And They Told They Can Only Refund Rs.**,*** Where As I Paid Rs.**,*** For This Trip.
Please Help Me In Getting My Refund/Voucher As I Belong To Middle Class And Save Money In Petty Bank For My Yearly Vacations And This Is Horrible To Deduct Money For Govt Restrictions And Not Keeping Up Their Words On Refund Voucher As Promised.
