Paytm Mall - Used product delivered instead of new one

Dear sir,

I have ordered a mobile on Paytm Mall at ** march ****, order id is: ***********

After a week I got the mobile, but very much shocked to see that it was a used mobile with a lot of scratches and missing accessories.

So as per the return policy i have initiated a return. But paytm did not respond to me in the concern return period.

After one week they asked for some pictures and details of the used mobile i have received. i have promptly send all the pictures and invoice details for their reference

But suddenly yesterday I saw that they had cancelled my return order.

I feel that i was cheated by paytm, Please initiate a return.
Kindly pickup your old used product, and return my amount back to me, invoice attached for your reference.
