I am writing to formally address a grave concern regarding the status of my consignments, numbered K******** and K********. As of today, neither of these consignments has shown any status of delivery, and this lack of information is causing significant issues for me.
The timely delivery of these consignments is critical, as they contain essential documents needed for me to claim my gratuity from my previous employer, amounting to Rs. * lakh. The delay in delivery is jeopardizing my financial entitlements and causing undue stress.
Given the circumstances, I must inform you that any further delay or failure to deliver these consignments will result in DTDC being held responsible for all consequences arising from this situation. I will be compelled to seek legal recourse to recover any damages or losses incurred due to this delay.
I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide an immediate update on the status of my consignments. Please ensure that these consignments are delivered promptly to avoid further complications.
