It is very unfortunate that I have booked ticket from Redbus from Digha to Kolkata on **.**.** and I want to reschedule the ticket to **.**.** with the same bus operator but every time I am trying for past ** days it cannot be done and the error message is showing technical glitch (attached herewith). Its mentioned in the ticket that reschedule is free of charge still i am facing the harassment. I have contacted customer care they told me to wait for **hours but no resolution. I have contacted bus operator but they are saying it will be done through Redbus. I am also unable to cancel the ticket as its showing refund amount *. I find it as harassment and cheating. I want the issue to be fixed or refund my money so that I can make fresh booking.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
