It’s been around * weeks I have cancelled the subscription from byjus by informing my mentor and finance team under ** days refund policy and with no response and excuses I decided to send email. I got the response stating that we’ll get back to you via call in ** hours. It’s been two days and there was no response from their side.
It all started with the zoom call from a mentor when i just wanted to know about the classes but they said I’ll be able to get scholarships if I pay on the spot in the zoom meeting and without consulting my parents I had to pay Rs. **** since they were not at home and busy at work.
I have send them a lot of messages and emails but no response. And now even the mentor is trying to ignore my messages.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
