I am writing with deep frustration regarding my Samsung Galaxy A**, which has been defective since day one. The device suffers from freezing, unauthorized touch response, and severe *G connectivity issues (upload speeds near zero despite good download speeds).
I have:
Visited the service centre * times, each time without resolution.
Shared video proof of the freezing and touch issues with your escalation team.
Escalated my case to the highest level within Samsung, yet the matter was closed as “no fault found,” without addressing the actual defects visible in the video.
This experience has caused me mental stress, financial loss, and harassment, while my complaint has been pending for over ** days without a satisfactory outcome.
As per the Consumer Protection Act, ****, I request:
*. Immediate replacement or refund of the defective device.
*. Compensation for repeated harassment, wasted time, and mental agony.
If this issue is not resolved within * working days, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further through the National Consumer Helpline, Department of Consumer Affairs, and legal action.
I remain extremely disappointed as a long-time Samsung customer and hope this matter will be resolved fairly and urgently.
