Subject: Urgent Grievance - Non-Cancellation of Loan and Unjust Penal Charges
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a grave issue I have been facing with my recent purchase from Reliance Digital and the subsequent loan cancellation with Bajaj Finserv.
On **.**.****, I purchased a refrigerator from Reliance Digital Kapoorthala on EMI using my Lucknow Bajaj Finserv card. Unfortunately, the fridge was received in a damaged condition. Following the necessary procedures, the fridge was returned, and another piece was sent on **.**.****.
Distressed and frustrated, I decided to cancel the purchase and initiated the cancellation with Reliance Digital. However, to my dismay, it took Reliance Digital **-** days to cancel the order. Moreover, despite the cancellation, Bajaj Finserv did not promptly cancel the loan amount on my Bajaj Finserv card.
Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the salesperson, Mr. Yasir (***********), who sold me the fridge, delayed initiating the cancellation on **.**.****. Subsequently, Mr. Rohit Verma (**********) from Reliance Digital for the loan cancellation on **.**.****, ** days after the original order cancellation. The loan cancellation request went through several delays, and it was not until **.**.**** that the request was raised. The ordeal continued when Mr. Saurabh Mehendale (**********) from Reliance Digital added four more days to the delay and filed for cancellation on **.**.****.
Despite numerous attempts to expedite the process, Mr. Rohit Verma displayed a lack of empathy and urgency, even stating that the company would return the EMI if deducted instead of immediately canceling the loan. Subsequent communication with Mr. Prashant (**********), Sales Manager at Bajaj Finance, also proved unfruitful, with threatening statements such as I have to pay the EMI and again a *-day timeline for loan cancellation provided.
The call recordings of Mr. Prashant and Mr. Rohit Verma have been enclosed in this email, along with the complete email trail of the cancellation order. I seek strict and swift action against Mr. Rohit Verma, who is currently posted at Reliance Digital Kapoorthala Lucknow, for the financial distress and harassment he has caused me.
I hope that the management will address this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the employees involved. I am willing to go to the Consumer Forum if necessary to seek resolution for the distress I have endured.
