On **th May ****, I placed an order for two products at LENSKART showroom Ganga Itanagar, Aruanchal Pradesh. However, only one of the products has been delivered to date, and I have been facing repeated delays and inconsistent responses regarding the second product.
Initially, I was informed that the frame had a defect and was sent back. Later, I was told that the product was not available in the warehouse, and a fresh order had been placed from the factory. When I requested to select an alternative frame of the same price, my request was refused without a valid explanation. Upon visiting the store again on **th June ****, I was informed that the product has been lost, yet once again, I was denied the option to choose a replacement. I texted even on the facebook still no response. Mail has been send too.
This level of miscommunication, false assurances, and lack of a clear resolution is highly disappointing. I have been patient for over two weeks now, but the continued excuses and refusal to offer a practical alternative solution are unacceptable. Either
give a replacement frame of equal value, or issue a full refund for the undelivered product without further delay.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
