I booked ticket in kallada travels for **th Dec **** from palakad to Bangalore but by mistakenly I have booked wron date and time then I was trying to cancel the ticket and change the date but I couldn't do it. It is showing now ***% cancellation charges for the ticket, but travellers should provide about the charges to customers before booking the tickets then how customer will get to know. Now I lost ****rs
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
