Urban Company - Urban Company should stop torturing and physically and mentally harassing the partners

I have come to your Urban company to work honestly and hard. I have wasted my time and attended three days of training.
The mail I sent UC Company on the evening of ** October **** has not been replied to yet. this is useless services or all customer care fake comments assure.
Your staff is useless, they just come to fill their day.
All of you together have tortured me mentally and physically. Your rules in the name of work are the worst and you know how to robbery your partners in the name of commission deduction and not how to solve the problem. Your staff's behavior is not good, they talk rudely to us.
When everything is ours, should the company make rules to stop the mental torture of its partners? UC not doing your work, but harassing us.
Nowadays, if any partner is working honestly, then the Urban company gets a new booking from the customer, the commission that UC deducted from each booking is given to your staff.
