Urban Company - Urban company has not returned my tv They re not answering to any of my messages They don t have a c

They sent a professional to repair my tv on the March **th **** to my parent's address in lucknow. He picked up the tv without giving any reciept or invoice lying to my father that he will send it via online to myself. When the professional charged the fee which was over and above the actual cost of the tv my father didn't want to continue with the repair. When he did not return the tv and stopped responding to my dad's calls, until March *th **** i raised a complaint with urban company. With the urban company mediator in between over the call, the professional agreed to return the tv in two days. I asked urban company to send the same thing in written over the email and also an invoice for the repair which the professional had charged. I did not recieve any email from urban company not any updates or call backs of any kind to my two three messages left on their application. I want to file a police complaint against them.
