Urban Company - Urban Company denied consolidated invoice for paid service

I had availed a plumbing service through your platform and made a payment of ₹*** for the same.
However, I have only been provided with split invoices instead of a single consolidated invoice. Despite multiple requests, your team has refused to issue a consolidated invoice with complete GST details.
Please note that as a service provider, you are obligated to issue a proper and usable invoice reflecting the total amount paid for the service. Denial of the same may amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under applicable consumer laws.
I hereby request you to provide a consolidated invoice of ₹*** with GST details at the earliest, failing which I will be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings before the and other competent authorities without any further notice.
