We booked a front load washing machine repair from urban clap last night I.e. on */*/** Saturday for the repair to be done on */*/** *:** pm and after *:** when we opened the app it says booking has been cancelled we didn’t receive any call and we kept on waiting for him and when we reached out to their customer service they’re saying the agent has waited at our location for ** mins and we weren’t reachable which is completely false because we didn’t receive a single call and we were only initiated a refund of ** out of our ***
