Arghyadeep Roy filed complaint against Urban Company on May 13, 2026
I booked AC service from Urban Company. After service water started leaking from the AC. This has never happened before. I claimed warranty on the service. The same technician came and put more water in the AC. Now it's leaking even more. Then they sent a senior technician who checked the equipment and said this leak has been caused by the AC service technician but now there was nothing to be done.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
