On **/**/****, I bought a new Aquaguard Nova RO+UV+MTDS+Alkaline SS GWPDNRUMS*****, in exchange for my old Aquaguard, please find the invoice attached. Earlier on */*/****, I bought an AMC for * years for the old machine, please see the invoice attached. The AMCE was valid from **-**-**** to **-**-****. The new machine has * year of free service which will end on **-**-****. When I was buying the new machine then I am told the old AMC left out services will automatically be adjusted with the new machine, & I will get * more year of AMC service due to that, so my AMC will continue till **-**-****. Even customer care also told the amount will be adjusted with new machine. Now I am told that old AMC can't be adjusted with new machine as per company policy. So I asked for refund of service period left in old AMC as the company will not give service anymore as old machine doesn't exist. But even after following up multiple times with the complaint raised, no resolution provided. This is a clear case of mis selling & also unfair trade practice of taking money for service of a machine which doesn't exist anymore as they sold a new machine in exchange of old machine.
