Opted for the ACT premium package priced at ₹*** a month. Out of ** days, my internet does not work properly for ** days. Each time I raise a support ticket, it takes more than **hrs to get a resolution. Meanwhile I spend another ₹*** to top up my data and use it meanwhile. This is very frustrating as a consumer as I work from home and need a stable internet
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
