Act Fiber Net Bangalore - OTT is not working Firestick is not received

Have got new connection on **/**, Have not informed how OTT and other channel will work post connection. Have called customer service and they confirmed i need to request for firestick and same will be delivered with in * to * days so far not received and also have called every day and customer executive mentioned it will be delivered with in ** hours and issue has been raised as priority, but no luck. Now try to connect my Netflix via phone and it's not working. I'm unable use my plan now and waste of money (SR**************)
