Act Fiber Net Bangalore - Wifi connection is not working since from 2 days

I am facing no internet connection issue from Sunday and I raised request on the same day but still they have not resolved the issue. They are keep pushing the slot to fix the issue.
This is impacting on our daily work.
Am keep checking with them but they are keep pushing the slot it's been * days and still the issue is not fixed.
