Act representative had assured refund of unused money in case of relocation before I applied for connection. However, at the time of my relocation, refund was denied and instead told to transfer the credit to another Act user. While I was looking for an Act account to transfer the same, the service provider fraudulently debited some charges. It took weeks together and several calls to get the same reversed. After all these, still the account balance is not transferred and fraudulently tickets are being closed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
