I have been using ACT Fibernet for the past few years, and they have always resolved issues promptly upon request. However, I raised a request yesterday, and it remains unresolved as of today. They have been closing the requests without providing proper reasons. This has caused me to lose a full day of work, indirectly impacting my productivity.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
