Videocon D2h - Unsatisfied Service

I am trying to contact the customer service centre for * days, but their system is not working for * days, getting the same reply whenever I call them. Even the staff is not ready to listen to my complaint properly. I am having an issue with the charges of their plan but didn't get any satisfactory reply from them. Don't know what type of system they are using which takes to much time to get resolved. I want a pack for *** channels for ***.**/- (With GST). Total Plan charges are - ***.**/- Plus Applicable NCF *** (Before GST). Total Charges should be ***.** + ***.* NCF (***+**%GST) = ***.**/-. But site shows Grand Total as ***.**. So my query was why they are charging **.**/- more but didn't get any answer from their side. I have attached proforma of the plan charges.
