I have constantly been facing issues related to FPS drop and heating in my laptop during live streaming of my content on youtube. I have brought this to dell's notice quite a few times, they sent some technicians to troubleshoot these issues but we never got a solution. And now they are putting all this blame on third party hardware products and asking me to seek their help. I have been contacting their service centers from past * months, explaining my issue to multiple people but they have either delayed their response or never came up with a satisfactory response.
