THE LAPTOP WAS PURCHASED ON **.**.****, AND AFTER THAT, IT WAS FOUND DEFECTIVE AND CONTACTED THE RELIANCE DEALER, AND HE INFORMED ME TO OPEN A COMPLAINT ONLINE ONLY. BY COMPLAINING THE SAME TO DEL INTERNATIONAL ONLINE, THE TECHNICIAN CAME ON **.**.****, AND SERVICE WAS DONE. BUT THE ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED. AGAIN WE INFORMED THE SAME TO THE DELL TECHNOLOGIES BY MAIL, AND THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN FOR SERVICING ON **.**.****, AND THE ISSUE WAS NOT YET RESOLVED. AGAIN WE INFORMED THE SAME TO THE DELL INTERNATIONAL, AND THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN FOR SERVICING ON **.**.****, BUT THE ISSUE WAS NOT YET RESOLVED. WE WERE FINALLY INFORMED THAT THE PRODUCT HAD SEVERE HARDWARE COMPLAINTS, AND THE DELL INTERNATIONAL TEAM APPROVED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FAULTY LAPTOP AND PICKED IT UP ON **.**.****. AS THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY OF THE SAME MODEL, THEY REPLACED IT WITH AN UPGRADED UNIT DELIVERED ON **.**.****. THE REPLACED LAPTOP ALSO HAS SEVERE SCREEN DISPLAY ISSUE WAS FOUND AND LODGED A COMPLAINT, AND HE HAS CHECKED IT AFTER BASIC TESTS ON THE REPLACED UNIT AND FINALLY AGREED TO REPLACE IT ON THE SECOND TIME AND PICKED UP THE REPLACED UNIT ON **.**.****. THEY HAVE PROMISED TO REPLACE THE SECOND UNIT WITHIN * TO * WEEKS FROM PICK UP. WE HAVE WAITED, AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE DELL INTERNATIONAL. AFTER FREQUENT FOLLOW-UPS BY MAIL FROM US WITH DELL INTERNATIONAL, THEY FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND THE INVOICE AMOUNT ON **.**.****. ON THE SAME DATE, WE HAVE SUBMITTED ALL BANK DETAILS FOR A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT. THE SAME WAS ACKNOWLEDGED ON **.**.****. BUT AFTER THAT, THERE IS AN INORDINATE DELAY IN SETTLING THE REFUND.
WE HAVE SENT REPEATED EMAILS ON MANY OCCASIONS, BUT DELL TEAM RESPONDED TO VERY FEW. ALL THESE MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN VEXED WITH DELL INTERNATIONAL, AND I HAVE FACED A LOT OF MENTAL AGONIES AS I WAS AN ENGINEERING STUDENT. I HAVE LOST VALUABLE TIME AND AGAIN. THE SECOND FAULTY UNIT WAS TAKEN BACK ON **.**.**** BY DELL TECHNOLOGIES. TILL NOW, I HAVE WAITED PATIENTLY. BUT SO FAR, I COULD NOT GET ANY UPDATE REGARDING A REFUND.
