We purchased DELL Inspiron Laptop in Hyd from Compage Computers, Authorized DELL Dealer in May-****. After * months the Camera and Microphone stopped working. We complained to DELL and they replaced the part but the issue reoccurred after a month. They replaced the part again, but after a month the laptop stopped booting. Now Dell replaced Motherboard, Mic, Camera and Internal wiring. Again after a month system stopped booting and Dell sent another Motherboard, Keyboard, LCD Display, Camera & Mic - all these items were replaced. Still the system was not working. When we contacted Dell support they said this is not Hardware issue and it is software issue which is not covered under warranty. They asked us to take it to Authorized service center in Madhapur (Hyd) and after ** days the service center said they cannot help as the laptop was not even starting.
With only * week left for warranty to expire we asked Dell to replace the laptop but they rejected. We asked for renewing the Warranty but they said laptop should be in working condition. Now the laptop was not even starting and the warranty expired on May ****. Right now the laptop cannot be used
