I have made a dell vostro purchase on August ** ****,worth of ***** from dell website through internet banking. Transaction made successfully and amount has been deducted from my bank account but got error while redirecting to dell website, bank has confirmed that transaction done was successfully from bank side.so they asked me to confirm with dell. After that I have called couple of times to dell customer care support they had register my complaint also I have got a call form Dyani Vardya and I have explained her about my issue then she asked me to send email with transaction screen shot but and I have sent email with screenshot but after that I did not get any response from her. Also I have sent email to India_csb_care@dell.com,”confirm@order.dell.com”,”service_escalations@dell.com” them but I get daily email from different users daily and every time they asked to provide screenshot of my transaction so I have provide everytime but still I did not get any response from them.
So request you to please help me to get my amount back.
