DELL INDIA PVT LTD - Product Under Warranty still waiting for part replacement after 60 days of complaint and Dispatch of

I had purchased Dell INSP **** Laptop in Jan **** at ***** Rs. It stops working from April ****. But Considering national lockdown and other all situations I wait till * months and after unlock *.* begin on June **** I file a complaint on Dell toll free number for the help. In the call it was get finalized that my laptop Hard disk is damaged and need to be replaced. It was on ** June ****. I get assurance that within ** days you will get the replacement at your door step. In Dispatch tracker it showing engineer is scheduled on **th June **** to site visit But after almost ** Days of Complaint till I had not get my laptop hard disk replaced . Every time when I call to them they are providing a lock down reason .But every other organizations are working from June **** itself. Even a two days back when I logged a complaint in Tata sky and whirlpool their engineer come to my place within ** Hrs. I had gone through very tough time as my all work was depend on laptop and its affecting my financial works. I request you to please look into my matter as dell is not providing any other solutions. Even I request them that I will come to engineers place and will do the replacement but they are not providing any information.
On Every time I called them they initially try to put blame on me by saying your phone was not answered. But when I said give me the proof of when and how many time you try to call me then they provide lock down reason.
