I booked my flight Delhi to Tokyo and return with their VISA Protection guarantee where they promise full refund if your visa is denied. I provided them all the proof of visa rejection that I received from the Japanese embassy yet they have not processed my refund and their customer service is unresponsive.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
