I have purchased Aquagaurd * years back. I had just small issue regarding candle change of the product so called up service center person at home. I was shocked to see the service charges charged to me for just a candle change. Candle change price plus service charges costed me altogether Rs.****. Labour charges costed me Rs.*** which is too unreasonable. just few months ago I had paid only Rs.*** and earlier to it too only Rs.*** was paid by me. How can it increase to such an level??? I want refund for this as these charges are unreasonable and should be reduced to earlier one. Not even AC service people charge so heavy. Or else I would stop taking services from you. My receipt no is( ICR No.** -********). The customer service people called me up and said we never forced you to service the product. If I don't want then I can switch to Kent Ro. The Facebook page is full of complaints. They are fraud people. When customer buys that time they don't mention the service cost and replacement cost of filter will be more then product cost. They talked completely insane stuff. They asked me if I wanted free service then I should drop my Aquagaurd to service center. I have never heard such a sick thing. A product like this which is fixed in the kitchen of someone's home. I should uninstall it for getting service. Or pay their service charges so they can can loot people.
