I had a very bad experience with a delivery agent on June *, ****.
I had booked some items from Amway, but by mistake they delivered * consignments.
I had informed Amway to pick up the additional consignment.
To my bad luck, the return pickup was transferred to Delhivery.
My request to Amway was submitted in the last week of May. On Friday till the weekend I was not available at home, but I got many calls from Delhivery regarding the pickup. I have informed atleast *-* agents and customer service operators that I am only available from Monday, yet I got *-* calls on Saturday(May **) regarding the pickup and again couple of calls on Sunday(May **) .
And the Delhivery agent came to my doorstep yesterday . In his system, I am not sure why there are * pickups marked to my name and I am not sure how that happened. The agent is blaming me for raising duplicate requests. I am no way related to Delhivery and neither do I know how to raise such requests. Why on earth should the agent blame me for this.
And in his system, there are ** items intended to be picked up. But the Amway package had ** items. I showed that person the receipt of the consignment and all the items in the receipt are present in the consignment. Without thinking further he directly mentioned, I cannot take this pickup . YOU have to give me ** items. Arey from where will I get the **th item if I havent received it, Should I add a dirty broom to take the count to **. So I asked him to show me the list of items to be picked. But the super Delhivery app only shows the count and not the List. So if i had packed ** brooms inside a cover and sent, that guy would have picked it up probably.
Once he checked with all the items, I was telling him that I am a loyal customer of Amway and am returning the duplicate consignment and check if all the items of the receipt are present our super boss replied SIR DONT ACT SMART, YOU ARE NOT LOYAL and NO ONE IS LOYAL. Who the hell is he to question my Loyalty.
I actually wanted to hold back the package at this point, but I didnt want to contend with the idiotic and stupid process, agents of Delhivery .
Now the Icing on the cake , I went out to close the gate . I told him to learn how to speak to customers. Before making claims/abuses understand the background . Boss abused me saying FOOL , GET INTO THE HOUSE.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
