* days back I took my wifes Samsung A* for charging issue at Samsung, NIBM, Pune, Maharashtra.[M:**********, ********** ]. He said now they have started official repairing unit so its no more local guy. I was happy.
Pradeep attended me and showed the phone to pankaj [repair guy]. He said we have the part, do come after * hour. Me and my daughter were there at least for **-** mints ; waiting for his diagnosis. I asked for the job sheet, Pradeep said no need sir you are our regular customer. He gave me estimate of **** INR for the part. I was asked for password which i denied initially, but Pradeep said your data will be secured. I trusted him.
In evening my wife collected the handset which was now charging. [the work has been done well ].
Now the issue is, he has deleted more than **** pics which are official pics ,[ my wife runs a school] . All pics were of kids from school. when asked to pradeep about the pics, he said i dont know.
Today i was chating with samsung whats app, they were asking for' service request number' or 'job sheet number'. I called Pradeep, he said sorry sir , please forgive me. dont mail higher authorities. I asked him for job sheet , he said "i can give you todays job sheet but cannot give * days back jobsheet. * people were giving phone to each other as they had no answer.
Pradeep is giving phone to pankaj as he repaired the handset. when asked about the deleted pics, pankaj says talk to pradeep he collected the phone. Now they are just playing.
I asked him to give me on mail about this issue. He said I cannot give you on mail. Now what to do mam.
Without 'service request number' customer care cannot help me. And the dealer is not giving me the *days back job sheet and receipt. I have phonepe transaction Id which is attached. Pradeep said he will send me todays job sheet with an hour. . Kindly help.
