Easemytrip - Unnecessary delay refund process

I have booked my flight tickets on **th of December, **** with ease my trip for **th of March, **** however I was not allowed to board the flight by airlines due to travel restrictions. I have raised multiple requests for full refund with the airlines as well as Ease my trip, however both are just toggling the issue without giving any resolution to my query. Now my full refund request has been declined by ease my trip stating that I can only get refund after deducting cancellation charges. I have become so harrassed by all this that I am now ok for partial refund as well and raised a request for same. But they again declined my request for refund. I have totally lost all my time, money and efforts while dealing with ease my trip team as instead of giving resolution of my concern, they keep on throwing auto generated emails without even reading the contents of the query raised. I request you all to please help me get my money back from these looters.
