I am writing to formally complain about the failure of DTDC to meet its delivery commitment for a parcel I booked. On Thursday, May *, ****, at ** PM, I booked a courier service from Bangalore to Mumbai with the assurance that the delivery would be completed by * PM on Friday, May *, ****. I paid a premium fee of Rs. *** specifically for this expedited service.
Despite the clear timeline and the additional cost, it is now past the promised delivery time (*:** PM on May *, ****), and my parcel has not yet been delivered. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and potential loss, as the contents of the parcel were time-sensitive.
I have attempted to contact DTDC customer service for an explanation and to seek immediate resolution, but have not received a satisfactory response. This experience has not only caused logistical problems but has also shaken my trust in DTDC's ability to fulfill its commitments.
I request a full explanation for this delay, a refund of the premium fee paid, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and potential loss caused by this service failure. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter, failing which I will consider further action.
