Gowarranty - Unfair Rejection of Warranty Claim Without Evidence by GoWarranty and Service Center

I purchased a *-year extended warranty plan from GoWarranty to protect my Samsung television. Recently, I filed a warranty claim due to an issue with the display of the TV. However, my claim was unfairly rejected with inconsistent reasons provided by GoWarranty and the service center.
Initially, GoWarranty cited "accidental damage" as the reason for rejection. Later, the service center claimed "water leakage, moisture, mold, fungus, and weather conditions" as the grounds for denial. Despite these claims, the photographic evidence they provided does not show any proof of the alleged issues.
I have repeatedly requested clarity and evidence to support their rejection, but neither GoWarranty nor the service center has provided a satisfactory response. The shifting reasons for rejection and lack of evidence indicate negligence and a lack of transparency on their part.
Gowarranty has now stopped responding to my emails or whatsapp messages.
