I had bought a HP printer for which I also bought a extended warranty from brand "Gowarranty". The extended warranty is for * years. The warranty covers free home pick up and drop and they claim to cover more than **k pincodes across India.
My printer is currently in the coverage of extended warranty.
Now I am facing some issue with the printer so I reached out to them for support. They initially told me to get a quotation from HP service center which I did and shared with them. The cost of service is ₹****. Once they received the quotation, they said as my printer is used for commercial purposes, they cannot cover this in warranty.
They have not even visited my location to check the printer and are denying the claim without any supporting references.
Their site mentions that commercial is not supported but they do not have the details of what is and what is not commercial use
Secondly I do not use my printer for commercial purposes.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
