Gowarranty - extended warranty claim not honored

I purchased an extended warranty package for my Television from gowarranty on the ** of May **** with a warranty coverage till ** May ****. Upon observing a screen issue, I requested the Team at gowarranty to look into the issue. However, after the initial acknowledgment of the service request, I have yet to receive a response from them. I placed the service request on the **th of March ****, and it still shows as Open on their website.
Kindly assist with the processing of the warranty claim.
Please advise if you would like any more details with regards to the complaint.
