I purchased extended warranty plan for my * split AC and * for my television. now i am raising complaint for my TV . I regularly call to customer care but service team not responding even not log my service request.
When they are taking extended warranty they provide me TAT of ** hrs but for this they have to log complaint. Even i am trying many time so My Ankit and My Ajay pickup my call and told me that they will forward my request to srvice department and shortly you will recevied call but i am not able to received it.
Pls intiate my toatl amount i.e. Rs ***** ( * Ac -Rs ****, * television- Rs****)
