I've * Extended Warranty packages for my AC & TV. Last year had services issues & I wrote a negative review & deleted after their MD Sameer Sheikh helped me getting the service.
Now, I logged another service request for the service, I got a call from a no. +************ stating, they have canceled my Warranty Plans worth **k as I had posted negative review for them. Their executive confirmed that he will write the same thing on email as the official response.
They are playing like Mafias, by not offering services & by canceling the my warranty packages if I complain that in the public forum by posting Negative reviews.
Now, I am not left with any options but to go Legal as my hard earned money & my rights as a consumer are at stake.
I am also enclosing the screenshots of my chats with their founder Sameer Sheikh.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
