Samsung Refrigerator, RT**M****S*, *EPJ*DAM******, purchased from M/sEham Digital, Kozhikode (which offered ** years warranty)on **.**.**** found not working on ** July ****. Case was booked with Customer care through M/s Eham Digital on the same day and the representative of Samsung Customer Care, upon inspection of the product informed that the mother board was damaged and that the Company does not offer any period of warranty for such part of refrigerator. The mother board was, however, substituted for which we had to incur a sum of Rs. ****/-. The representative informed that only * months warranty is offered on this new mother board.
This causes great mental agony and loss of money for it is quite unfair to get such a product (for which we paid a substantial amount towards consideration) damaged within a very short period of time and to incur losses towards repair expenses periodically. This is likely to result in loss of credibility of Company's products. We are entitled to be compensated for the damage
