Videocon D2h - Unfair deduction done

My consumer Id - *********, On *th Feb **** I complain to Videocon d*h customer care against reducing my end subscription date, Because I had taken long term recharge for * year, according to the planned consumer gets the benefit for (*** days + ** days). Then on **th Feb ****, the customer care informed me through an email that my end of subscription date is "Mar *, ****". The conversation details are uploaded in form of PDF:-
But on ** Feb my d*h account got closed, with a message that you have insufficient balance. On ** Feb ****, I wrote an email to videocond*h at Customercare@d*h.com regarding my problem that my d*h account is closed & and I am not taking any kind of add on pack. The original end date of my subscription was *th Mar **** but it was ended on **th Feb ****. I have already registered a complaint on **th Feb **** and they told me that complaint will resolve till **st Feb ****, But till now the complaint is not being resolved.
