Dear sir,
ive booked jio fiber (wifi) for my home, but its going to be * month they people just kept saying "engineer will visit shortly"
the person who called me same date i paid **** as booking amount. but now the both person are not attending my calls and even a engineer came to home ** days before and asking me to pay full/rest of the amount for *months plan so he will bring the router after few hours, but i didn't. and till now there is no proper response from JIO FIBER CUSTOMER CARE, SOCIAL MEDIA, SALESMAN.
