Easemytrip - Unauthorised cancellation charges on Easemytrip flight booking cancelled by Airline

I had booked Spice Jet flight SG ­**** for * people from Pune-Kochi for *nd November, ****. Pnr No. - PEP*MT on Easemytrip.com
The flight was cancelled by airline on **th Oct, ****.
I called SpiceJet to arrange a alternate flight either *-* days before or after, but they had no flights available, and they offered a full refund without any cancellation changes.
I accepted the refund, and contacted Easemytrip to process it further.
To my surprise, Easemytrip has deducted Rs. **** as platform convienence and some other charges.
My total amount was Rs. *****, and refund amont is Rs. *****.
They only mentioned Rs **** as convienence charge in bill. Rest of the deducted amount has not been mentioned.
*. Easemytrip has not provided the breakup of what all has been considered in cancellation charge.
*. Eventhough SpiceJet has offered a full refund, Why Easemytrip is charging a cancellation charge when I did not opt for the cancellation.
*. The cancellation charges are unauthorised and must be returned.
