I recently completed my registeration with amount - ****.**INR followed by profile generation and paid - ****.** INR.
However I am now being repeated asked to make additional payments which were neither clearly communicated nor agreed upon at the initial time of the payment, this is miss leading and fraudalent.
I would like to request for the full refund of the amount paid - ****.** INR, as the services delievered does not align with what was originally promised.
I did not receive any satisfactory response from the represesntatives of shine.com henceI will compelled to escalate this issue to voxya.
I expect a promot resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
