I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a misleading and unethical experience I recently had with one of your sales representatives.

I was contacted by your sales team offering paid services to assist in job search and career advancement. However, at no point was I informed of the total cost of the complete service package. The representative sold the services in multiple chunks, asking me to make payments one after the other—without ever disclosing the full and final cost upfront.

Each time, I was told, "This is the last payment," but then I was asked to pay again. This caused unnecessary pressure and confusion, making me feel trapped into continuing payments under the assumption that my primary service would be affected if I did not comply. I find this practice deceptive and highly unprofessional.

I also want to clarify that I have not used any of the services, not even for a single day. I was never given a complete overview or transparent breakdown of what I was paying for.

This experience clearly points to manipulative sales tactics and a lack of transparency, which is a serious violation of basic consumer trust and rights. I expect Shine to take strict action against such unethical practices and ensure that other customers do not face similar treatment.
