Cleartrip - Unable to use Credit Shell

Last year, I had booked my travel viz ixigo which routed me through Cleartirp for my booking. Due to pandemic, the travel was canceled and Indigo issued me a credit shell. When I am trying to book my flight via Cleartrip, it says "Hmm. There is no credit shell linked to this PNR. Please try again with an eligible PNR." When I tried to book via Indigo, it advised me to go via the agent who had booked it and that is Cleartrip. The Cleartrip customer support is also not helpful. I have to travel soon and I need to access my credit shell for that sector. Please can anyone advise how to contact Cleartrip to help me book my tickets by using my credit shell. I will be attaching my evidence of credit shell issued by Indigo.
