Balaji filed complaint against Redbus on Sep 3, 2018
I booked the ticket from madurai to chennai on september *nd but when i went to board the bus on the boarding date the operator insulted me stating i booked the ticket on the previous date (september *st) as per his record. He started talking rubbishly and asked me contact redbus. When i contacted redbus customer care they asked me to do some alternate transport as of now. I am with my *.* year old son and wife standing in the highway junction late night and you guys are expecting me to book a bus now. What a fantastic customer service you guys have. I need to again travel to main bus stand and search for buses in the mid night. Very worst customer experience.
*. Why Redbus didn't intimate about this in prior and make a alternate arrangement.
*. Why Can't Redbus confirm as a seat in alternate buses available buses in this route.
*. How can the bus operator can talk cheaply when enquired about the ticket and why there is no strict rules against them from redbus.
I need a proper explanation of the root cause of the issue and the loss i incurred due to this incident. Also i need some suggestions to take this issue forward
