I did as the customer care executive told me on the phone four times, I have tried rescheduling the flight through the app, website, after logging in as a guest user and logging in through my personal account too. But I wasn't able to because the website was not taking me to the payment page
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
